Trials
All trials must complete a minimum of 2 weeks of full attendence to raids. If you miss nights you will be set back or have to restart you trial. Fail to show up and provide notice is an automatic fail.

Trial time may be extended beyond the minimum if performance is lacking. Trials may be assigned to a category of membership then the one they signed up for.

Back Up Plan Raiding
Back Up Plan raids at 7-10pm Nagrand server time, Friday and Sunday every week.
We also have a farm night on Wednesdays night that is semi optional. If your not part of the Wednesday farm you have to keep up gear and AP wise from another source.

We are a semi-hardcore who focus on Mythic Progression.

Back Up Plan loot
We keep a data base of characters best gear that is available from Tomb. We expect members to make sure that this list is up to date.
Priority for gear is awarded to players with the item on their BIS list. This list allows players to target loot while not hording every side grade in sight.

You can still roll for loot that isn't on your BIS list, it's just that it will most likely go to someone who is targeting it with their BIS. Select MS for this option.

Raid attendance
For Mythic Core members it is expected that raiders attend every night possible. Should a raider be unable to attend they must inform the guild BEFORE the raid starts. Ideally by messaging an officer. Word of mouth is fine to I guess.

Behaviour
Don't be a dick. Or be a dick. You will be spending 6 hours a week minimum with each other inside the raids. Wiping and killing each other over and over again. It would probably be best to be on good terms with the people you are failing with or you are going to end up an edgy, good for nobody, morale draining dickhead.

Communication
We use Teamspeak (Fuck Discord). Every raider must be in TS during raid and able to respond if need be. You don't need to banter over coms but during the fights you must be able to reply.
